If It's Not Me
Why is Mr. Hayes treating him with so much respect, though? Kyle didn't understand at all, but he didn't dare ask either. Meanwhile, Daniel glanced at Kyle on the side and said calmly, "Let's talk inside." "Sure. This way, please!" William turned sideways, letting Daniel walk before him. This scene made Kyle feel a tingling on his scalp. He then quickly followed behind them. When they entered the conference room, Daniel sat down right away. William sat opposite him, whereas Kyle stood behind his employer. Daniel's gaze was calm as he said, "Let's get straight to the point. I need you to award the Sky Project's advertising to someone." Kyle, who was standing behind William, felt his eyelid twitching upon hearing that. Deep down, he was shocked; Daniel's tone was as though he was bossing William around and treating the Sky Project as his own. However, William wasn't showing any signs of anger. Instead, he answered, "No problem at all. Who do you want me to sign the contract with, Mr. Hardon?" When Kyle heard William accepting Daniel's request so straightforwardly, he suddenly felt that he was definitely having an illusion. This was not the image he had for William at all! Just then, Daniel took out a document and pushed it to William before saying, "Janice Tillman, Janson Corporation's president." William took the document and read through it immediately, and he realized that this company hardly qualified as a medium-sized enterprise according to Goldshore's standards. It was impossible for a company like this to bag Sky Project's advertising component, which was such a big deal. Yet, he wouldn't refuse any of Daniel's requests. After all, everything he had right now was provided by the man behind Daniel. The reason he came to Goldshore was to assist Daniel, and he knew who Janice was. When he discovered that Daniel was acting as Janice's fake husband and fake father to her child, he was shocked. Even until then, he still hadn't reported this to Edgar. "I got it, Mr. Hardon." William simply read through the document and agreed to his request right away, not hesitating one bit. "Good. Don't tell anyone about this." "Understood." After their discussion, William stood up and sent Daniel to the elevator as a way of seeing him off. When Daniel left, William turned his head and said to Kyle, "You heard it just now. Go prepare the documents and request collaboration with Janice Tillman immediately." "Understood." Although Kyle didn't know what was going on, he could tell that Daniel's status was extraordinary since he dared to boss the wealthiest person in Southland around like this. This was not the aura a rapist would have! It would be the end of the Four Waves Chamber of Commerce to have provoked such a scary person. Meanwhile, Janice and Nelson appeared on the ground floor very quickly. "Nelson, did you really snag an appointment with Mr. Hayes? Has he agreed to meet me?" Janice asked him nervously. On the other hand, Nelson said with a smile, "I'm not sure either, but Mr. Hayes has some sort of connection with my family, so I think it should be fine.""Am I troubling you too much with this?" "There's no need to say such things between us." Nelson looked at Janice with gleaming eyes. Janice had purposely put on makeup today. The light makeup on her fair face made her look like a ripened peach, emitting a charm that could attract numerous men. Even Nelson couldn't hide his affection for her, and he stared straight into Janice's eyes. His stare made her feel a little guilty, so she looked away and said, "Let's go." As she looked to the side, her movements came to a halt all of a sudden when she saw a tall figure coming out of the entrance and walking away with his back facing her. Isn't that Daniel?
