You Were Warned
Merna As I was being introduced to the members of the zodiac I noticed that each of the members had no issue with shaking my hand or looking me in the eyes. There was only one that stood out, Libra. Libra had gone out of her way to ensure that she was not sitting across from me but parallel making it difficult for me to even see her eyes. I would have considered this normal behaviour if this was her culture but considering she and I are of the Western lifestyle it is common for us to look each other in the eye even if it is only for thirty seconds. Not shaking my hand … that told me a lot! The meeting had already begun while Cancer had been discussing issues with the other members of the Zodiac Council I was doing my thing. As I had suspected a long time ago the group consisted of Sorceress and Sorcerer plus Mages and Witches. This was typical for the Physical Realm. Previous to this meeting I already had information for each zodiac to receive. The information that I had gathered was directed to them pertaining to information on hybrids that are individuals or families. The information that I had collected was given to me by the magical community. Our goal was to use the individuals or families as bait. Encouraging those that have been hunting us down bringing them out into the open. The individuals or the families already know what is going on; the only ones who are left out of the loop are the members of the zodiac. Some of the magical community have brought up numerous times that they feel that some of the members of the zodiac are not keeping up with the end of their bargain. I did not ask further into the agreement that they had with the Zodiac members. but as they were wanting to know who was willing to work with them, so was I! Handing out the papers, I saw how each council member started to read the list of names and addresses. Explaining to the group, “Each of you is going to be given a list of names. Those names are of children that the elements have told me are very talented children. They range from the ages of four to nineteen. Some of you may notice that you might have a whole family on your list. They had moved into the area! If Mannel gets his hands on them … well you already know what will happen to them. Each of them has yet to come into their power. Or some of them have yet to reach their full potential. The elementals have asked to keep an eye on their kin. I am sure I do not have to go into further detail … you already understand the assignment!” “How did you get my name and location?” Libra was pissed. “The elementals have each of you on their file … I am sure Cancer has informed you that I am not the normal individual! I have been working with the elementals since I was sixteen!” I glanced around the table. I was waiting for the imposter to slip up … ‘Nothing!’ “Let me be clear … I do not play games! I do not care if you like me or not! I am given a task and I get the job done … I am forward … I speak my mind … if you get offended, well that is your issue not mine. Parppavar and Mannel have already taken far too much … The elementals are asking for protection while their kin are in the physical realm. And I told them I would pass on the message. What you do is of your own doings. Just remember there are consequences for everything you do.” The council was pissed, “You are not an official member y.e.t!” Libra hissed. I stood up from my spot, “I do not give a shit about your little group! I have done more in the last year by myself than you all have together as a group in the last year. The elementals and magical community asked me to pass on a message to you. What you do with this information is up to you. If I were you … I would do as you are told!” I knew the meeting was not complete, but I needed to let the elementals know I found the imposter, getting her was going to be an issue since she could change form. Getting back to the Brazilian night air I linked Ats, who I was working with for this mission, ‘follow Libra! We are dealing with a very talented shapeshifter. Libra was able to keep the vail up until she lost their temper!’ I looked at my watch knowing that there was one other location tonight I needed to check out before I called it a night. opening a portal, and stepping through, the scenery and temperature change greatly. I wish I had brought with me a spring jacket. The location I travelled to was in the bush far from civilization. In the cover of trees and bushes, I saw a group of teenagers partying. Enjoying life and the bit of freedom they had. I drowned out the music and focused on the group. Pushing a bit of energy towards the group I wanted to see if this was the group from my dream. A young teenage girl with red hair turned her head towards the woods. 'That is her!' I thought to myself. In the thicket of the woods, I had to wait! Slipping my hand into my pocket I took out the medallion that Pisces had made. In the palm of my hand, I would squeeze it to make sure it was still there. I watched as party members would go into the woods, release their bladders and stumble back to the fire. They were telling stories and joking around. I kept my eye on the female! Standing there, I wondered if her teen years were like mine! Did she suffer from nightmares like I did? Does she have anyone that she could confide in? Does she have the same powers as I do? All of these questions floated around in my head. The position of the moon told me it was getting close to midnight. Mannel would be here soon. I kept a closer eye on the female. She was getting up and heading to the woods! Creeping silently I motioned toward the location I figured she would be. By the time I found her Mannel already had a hold of the girl.Ripping her soul out of her body. "Mannel!" I allowed him to know I was there. "Two of you!" He hissed with an ugly smile. I snorted as I displayed the medallion, "I knew you were ugly, but I did not know how fucking nasty looking you would be! Even a shit has style!" All the happy feelings Mannel had were gone. Releasing the girl she dropped to the ground like a rock. Activating the medallion, I did what I had pictured in my mind! Mannel was one foot away from me, his hand shot out and wrapped his fingers around my throat. "I am going to enjoy this!" He hissed in my face as his tongue licked the side of my face, "So powerful!" I continued to focus as he tightened his grip, trying to rip my soul out of the body that I resided in for the last twenty- five years. I felt the medallion making the connection to Mannel's energy. I saw the energy snap into place. With no mercy, I forcibly envisioned Mannel being pulled into the medallion. Mannel continued to work on getting my energy as I did the same to him. The race to the end was the goal and there would be only one victor! I could hear moans from the female Mannel originally attacked. Coughing the girl was trying to get the right amount of air back into her lungs. A few times she stumbled to get back up to her feet. Blood dripped from her head from where she had hit it on a rock. "What is going on?" Mannel hissed. I kept my silence as I continued to do my job, this was more important than having a conversation with a vial despicable entity! The female glared at the scene that was in front of her. The hint of urine drifted toward me. I could tell the girl soiled herself. How could anyone blame her? What was going on was movie worthy terror! Freddy Kroger has nothing on what is going on at this time! The female stood there unable to move! Unable to speak! And here is Mannel now, the one that is trying to break free from my grasp. "Your ... me! Is he dead?" The teenager stuttered. "I do not know how to kill a god ..." I tapped the medallion, "But you can trap them." I smiled at her, "I am Aqua!" I stuck out my hand in greeting. "Alice!" She shook my hand. I placed my hand into my pocket and took out Cancer's business card. "Give this number a call! He will help protect you! Tell him Aqua told you to give him a call. I will let him know that you are going to get a hold of him. When you do this, tell him your name is Little Dipper!" I was about to turn away, "Never use your real name, or hand out your address ... any information that would compromise you, family or friends. Mannel was one of several hundred that are hunting down our kind!"
