From that moment, James and Amelia hung out more often, and James ensured that it didn't affect his work for Charles or sort. He ensured he did all he was supposed to do, and never left any stones unturned. Today, they planned to go on an outing, and Amelia was really excited to go on an outing with him. Having so much fun with him was one of her dreams back then, which came true, now. If they told her that she was going to have James back into her life, and they were going to get close so quickly, she wouldn't believe it. “So, I hope you're ready for the big day?” James asked, feeling elated. “Of course! More than you could ever be.” Amelia teased. Amelia prepared breakfast for both of them, and they were enjoying quite the delicacy of a feast, literally. While having breakfast, they had so much to talk about, and they kept laughing about it like they were not going to stop. They were more like the kind of lovebirds which one would wish for. After breakfast, they got ready for their outing and got into the car. "You ready?" James asked Amelia who was buckling her seatbelt. "Yes I am." She raised her head up and giggled excitedly. James kissed her forehead in response and started the car, then he drove off to the zoo. Amelia was so excited to be at the zoo and this made James smile as he also watched as she jumped up lightly in excitement like she was a teenager who was just visiting the zoo for the first time. “Let’s go to see the lions first.” She suggested, with a bright smile. “Okay then.” James responded, contacting her excitement. Anelia grabbed his hand and they headed towards the Lions’ cage, following the directions given to them. While heading towards where the lions were caged, they saw the monkeys jumping around in excitement as a few kids offered bananas to them. Amelia laughed at that sight and her interest was piqued when she noticed two love birds in a cage, cuddling each other. “That’s us. The only difference is that we live in a house and they live in a cage.” James chuckled as he joked about it. Then Amelia hit his back and laughed. They continued along that path until they got to the lions’ den. “Wow. They look so big.” Amelia exclaimed as her eyes widened, due to her interest in them. “Yeah. They eat well and they need all those claws and fangs to tear their prey up.” James added as he folded his arms, also enjoying his view. Amelia looked stoked to watch how the lions walked majestically and she watched as some of them ran around the large field they were placed in. After staring and learning more about them for about fifteen minutes, both James and Amelia, headed over to where the crocodiles were kept and Amelia kept laughing at how smart they acted by staying still for a long while when a man threw something solid at them. “I’m so thirsty.” Amelia whined after they were done staring at the crocodiles. “Alright then. Let’s get water and ice cream. Do you have something you want to eat in mind?” James asked, feeling like a gentleman who was ready to give his woman anything she wanted. “Yes. Beef jerky.” Amelia replied, with enthusiasm. “Alright, sit here while I get beef jerky.”James urged her. Then he walked up to where his eyes had caught the sight of beef jerky while they were walking down this path and he bought quite enough for both of them. He also bought ice cream and water. As soon as he got back to Amelia, they munched on the beef jerky and enjoyed themselves with the delicacy. After they were done eating and had rested for a while, Amelia and James kept wandering around the zoo until they felt it was time to leave. Then they got into the car and left the zoo with satisfaction of feeding their eyes with nice views. A few minutes after they left the zoo, while i was still driving, Amelia stared at the road and then stared at James back, although he could guess why she looked that way. “This doesn’t look like the path to our home. Are we going somewhere else?” She asked, inquisitively. “Yes. The cinema.” Amelia covered her mouth in excitement and looked like she tried to compose herself, and then James chuckled as he noticed that.“If you are really that excited, you can give me a quick peck on my cheek.” James requested, with a smile. Amelia giggled and hurriedly gave him a peck. “I won’t give you any more kisses on the cheek so you won’t focus. We are on the road, remember?” She laughed as she looked outside the window. In no time, they got to the cinema in time for a movie they showed interest in watching and then they took their seats. James placed his arm around Amelia's shoulders and she fed him popcorn as they glued their eyes at the screen. As the movie started playing, Amelia became even more excited. “Oh, my. I remember this movie. You are in for a great watch.” She notified James, with an excited smile. “I see. But do not give me spoilers.” James pleaded as he feared that she would be tempted to give him spoilers, seeing how excited she was. So, he kissed her on her forehead as a bribe. “Why would I? I won’t, even if you beg me a hundred times.” Amelia closed her eyes and held her chin up a bit, in pride. James could only laugh and hoped she was going to stand by her word. As time passed by, he was starting to enjoy the movie, but Amelia began to blurt out spoilers and he could only smile in awe at how cute she was. In fact, he found him self staring at her as she talked about the things that were going to happen and he didn't know when he leaned over to her and kissed her lips. She looked stunned and startled as she wasn’t expecting that, then he withdrew his lips from hers. “You are the best gift life has ever bestowed to me.” James confessed, with his eyes, beaming with love and affection for her. “And I will make sure that I keep you by my side forever. Do you believe me?” “Yes. Yes, I do.” She responded, also staring at him with affection. Then they kissed affectionately and that moment, he could feel that things were getting better and would even turn out really amazing between them. Then her phone beeped and James looked curious to see who wanted to spoil their beautiful moment together. "Excuse me." She said as she checked her phone and as she checked her text, she looked horrified."Anything wrong, Amelia?" He asked, out of worry. Tears ran down her eyes and she looked at him like she was scared.
