The Apocalypse Wolf Queen
From the moment Thora stepped forward and threw hot water, to when she kicked Graham flying, and then crushed several upperclassmen by herself, William and the teacher could hardly look away from the screen. That level of combat ability and physical strength was not something a normal student had. It was a total blowout. Her moves were clean and fast. Every strike hit its mark exactly and left the other side with no chance to fight back. Excitement flashed in William's eyes. He remembered Thora's performance chart. Her combat score was already marked very high, but only after seeing her in person did he truly feel how scary the power behind those numbers was. With strength like this, the grayish blue uniform she wore didn't fit her at all. At the very least, she should be wearing a standard blue uniform or higher."What do you think?" William asked in a low voice. The teacher answered honestly, "Very impressive. She fought many people alone without getting hurt and taught all the upperclassmen a lesson. There's no doubt she completely overpowered them. Aside from being a bit too harsh when she's struck, she's great in other ways—polite, willing to accept punishment, and not resentful at all. "Even though she struck first, she was bullied by the upperclassmen all day and never complained. She only fought back because Graham harassed a female student. She had a valid reason." William thought for a moment. "She was treated like this and still just went along with it. Her personality is a little too gentle." The teacher nodded. "That's true." In his view, even though Thora struck first, it was hard to hate her. She had been bullied for so long without saying a word, and her final counterattack was forced. The earlier punishment was only to give everyone an explanation and serve as a warning. It showed fairness between personal feelings and rules. After thinking it over, William made up his mind. He waved his hand, and the teacher wisely stepped out. Roth's image appeared on the screen again. "Well, Mr. Lambert, have you made your decision?" Roth asked directly, his tone confident. He believed William had no reason to say no. William looked at Roth on the screen, his face serious. "As a dean, I of course respect a student's choice. Since Thora chose our institute, we should not interfere. What's more, her performance chart meets our admission standards, and based on her test ranking, she was correctly assigned to us. So it is fair, reasonable, and fully within academy rules for Thora to stay in our institute." At the same time, a doubt rose in his mind. With Thora's strength, why was she ranked last in the entrance exams? Did something happen during the new student tests? "You! But she already passed the Command Institute test! She was born to be a commander!" Roth snapped, clearly furious. William's refusal to give in was simply unreasonable! William replied calmly, "Oh... But what does that have to do with our institute? Mr. Angus, the Command Institute is ranked first in the academy, above all others, that's true. But, we have no reason to force a student to transfer for no reason. Don't you agree?" Roth instantly understood what William was thinking. He shouted angrily, "Fine! Then what if she volunteers to transfer?" "Then we follow the normal process," William said. He then shut off the screen without another word. Now that felt good! All these years, he had always been pushed around by that old man Roth. People from the Command Institute were always proud and bossy. Today, he finally got his payback, and it felt great. Besides, the Combat Institute had been stuck taking weak students year after year. Now, a student with a perfect performance chart had finally appeared. This was their chance to change their future. Only a fool would let her go.
