Just then, a figure materialized beneath Silver. He was holding Silver's feet with one hand while crouching on the rooftop railing. He was super steady, even though the railing was only as thick as a fist. He looked to be in his 20s, with messy hair, sickly pale skin, and narrow, unsettling eyes that gave off a deeply gloomy vibe. He was rather short, wore no shoes, and his only clothing was a long white T-shirt that looked like a hospital gown. Kind of like ... he had just escaped from a mental hospital. He wasn't scared of Jet at all. He reached out, pulled a feather from Silver, and looked it over. "What a pretty feather." Silver chirped in pain, unable to break free. Jet's claws were right in front of the guy! He didn't dare spit a fireball because it might hit Silver. But just as Jet got close to the man's face, the man suddenly grabbed Jet's claw! His head was now as big as a table! Snow quickly backed up, giving Raven space. With a powerful step onto the rooftop, Raven shook three or four floors of the building. Raven's huge head suddenly appeared right in front of the man. His white teeth were aimed at the guy's face, so sharp and big that they were almost as big as the man's head! It looked like if Raven opened his mouth, he could swallow the man whole. "Wow, these animals are so much fun! And those two trees too—I'm taking them all back with me!" Instead of being scared, the man cheered with excitement. Raven lunged and bit at the man's head. But he bit down on empty air. The man disappeared again. Silver and Jet were freed and panicked, flying to land on Raven and Snow's heads. Handsy and Medusa came over too. The smaller animals stood together, looking for the man who had vanished.Suddenly, Raven moved! He ran forward, but as he ran, his body shrank down—smaller and smaller until he was the size of a fist! He charged toward a spot ... and then disappeared. Snow and Jet followed right after, and even Silver chirped frantically as she chased. Snow jumped into the air, and at the spot where Raven had vanished, the man suddenly appeared. He frowned tightly and started hitting his own body, but he couldn't reach his back. It seemed super itchy there! It was Raven. After shrinking, he had slipped right inside the man's clothes! His invisibility broke instantly. Just then, Snow charged forward and shot a wind blade at the man. It struck him square in the stomach. The man stumbled back a step. Jet, remembering how Silver had been caught, burned with rage. Cursing under his breath, he gathered a fireball in his mouth—bigger and fiercer with every second.
