Alpha Raelyn: The Alpha They Never Saw Coming

Chapter 15 Raelyn Is Missing!

Adrian's POV When I heard Raelyn had been cornered in the restroom, I reluctantly headed over. If it weren't for my father, I wouldn't bother with that Omega at all. But when I arrived, I was stunned. Morgan Lane and her crew were some of the worst bullies on campus. Backed by their pack's influence, they loved pushing others around. Now, though, those same girls were stumbling out of the restroom in total disarray. One of them had even shifted into her wolf form, but her fur was completely messed up. Morgan's face bore a fresh, visible slap mark. Their clothes and hair looked like they'd been through a blender. Raelyn strolled out calmly, still in the same black t-shirt she'd worn that morning, her high ponytail bouncing behind her. She looked cool and collected, totally unharmed. "They..." I glanced at the fleeing girls in disbelief. "They tried to beat me up," she said, "so I beat them instead." "You?" I stared at her. "They may be girls, but they're Beta-ranked werewolves. Morgan's even trained in kickboxing. How the hell did you manage that, as an Omega?" Raelyn replied lazily, "Didn't expect someone like you to have so many admirers. Too bad they're all dumb as bricks with awful taste." I was speechless. Fuming, I turned on my heel and stormed off. I never should've gotten involved with this Omega! Raelyn's POV No one bothered me for the rest of the day. The final class was PE, and I sat by the field watching a few werewolf boys play basketball. After a while, a dull ache started to creep through my stomach. I frowned. Shit. I forgot what day it is… I might be fearless in most situations, but my period always hit like a truck. The pain was brutal. Clutching my abdomen, I slowly got up and made my way off the field, heading toward the shop at the front gate. In my haze, I didn't notice someone quietly tailing me from behind... Aiden's POV After wrapping up work for the day, I was stretching out a bit on the gym equipment when my Beta entered the office. "Sir, we've confirmed who broke your record on the Death Canyon last night.""Who was it?" I looked up. "It was Ms. Beck," he replied. I stared at him, stunned. Raelyn? Wasn't she with Andrix all day yesterday? Racing had always been my hobby. When Adrian mentioned someone beat my year-long record, I was intrigued and had my Beta investigate. But this? This was completely unexpected. Raelyn... What a fascinating Omega. I couldn't help but smile, just as my phone rang on the desk. "Bro, it's bad! Raelyn's gone!" Adrian shouted from the other end. "Call the police. I'll take care of the rest," I said calmly. In my mind, I suddenly pictured Raelyn that night at the bar, when she smashed a bottle over a werewolf's head without a second thought. She wasn't the type to get hurt easily. "Got it." I drove straight to the school and pulled surveillance footage from the campus and the front gate. At last, around 5 PM, I spotted Raelyn. She'd gone into the small convenience store on campus and came out carrying a black bag, heading toward the public restroom. Not far behind her was someone in blue, trailing her at a careful distance. So the last place she'd been seen was the public restroom. My expression darkened. I immediately set off for that area with our werewolf bodyguards. It was already 6 PM, and few people passed through here at this hour. As we approached, I clearly heard a female werewolf's cruel laughter echoing from inside. "Hahaha! What, no fight left in you? Weren't you all tough just a minute ago? Go on, hit me again! Filthy Omega slut, seducing my Adam… Let's see if I don't rip your mouth apart!"
