Hunter’s P.O.V. I am glad that I have my Mates with me as I concentrate on Aunt Sasha, her and I being related will make this a little bit easier and I hope she is at home if I am successful. Justice tells me to relax, that I will be fine and I really appreciate her words of encouragement. “Sasha, I hope you are alone.” I say and a shaky voice answers that she is. “My name is Hunter and you are my Aunt.” I say and let her adjust to that information. She asks me which of her siblings is my parent and I think I really scared the shit out of her when I tell her who my Mom is. “Aunt Sasha, there is a lot to tell you, but we don’t have the time right now. I need you to tell Uncle Todd that we are on our way to the Pack and before you tell me they won’t allow us entrance, I can guarantee you they will. Mom is mated to our King and my Father was also a Royal. Get Uncle Todd and your Pups home in the next thirty minutes, because I am afraid all hell will break loose and I can assure you that this will be the end of your stay there.” She tells me their Pups are home and that she will link Uncle Todd immediately. I open the link to everyone and tell them that I spoke to Aunt Sasha, I tell them that she will make sure that Uncle Todd is home with her. Uncle Luke had been able to talk to Elder Eugene and he told us where we could find the cottage Aunt Sasha and Uncle Todd lived in. If the Alpha gives us trouble a part of Uncle Luke’s team will go to their cottage and get them out of there. I just hope this idiot of an Alpha doesn’t completely realize why we are there. The first and last SUV of our convoy are carrying the King’s flag on the hood of their SUV, this makes it easier for Guards at a gate to see who is arriving and should make it easier for us to enter the Pack’s territory. However with Dad being in hiding his whole life there might be a chance that they don’t realize who we are. I know that the Elders send out word to all Packs, the ones that were and were not invited, that from this day forward the Royals would be visiting Packs again. Lets just hope that this Alpha has read it and was smart enough to inform his entire Pack.The front gate gets in to view and I see three men and three Wolves standing in front of the gate, but the moment they see the flags they open the gate. One of the Wolves runs in front of the first SUV and we follow him as he leads us to the Pack-house. We decided that at first we would not bring up that I am here in regard to the hierarchy of the Pack or their reluctance to follow the Law on succession, but just to see what this Alpha and his Pack are made of and if his choosing a Mate and replacing his rightful Gamma had damaged the Pack in any way. It will give me the time to study my book and see the difference between mine and that of the girls. Even though I know that the hierarchy of a Pack and the succession rights of High-ranking members is easy to find in the digital Library, I still want to have every piece of information I can get. The moment we stop in front of the Pack-house Uncle Luke and Max jump out of their SUV and rush towards our SUV to protect us. Not that he thinks we need it, but it is protocol and we want everyone to see protocol used in the proper way. There are three males and three females waiting for us at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Pack-house. My guess is that these are the Alpha and his Mate, the Beta and his Mate and the Gamma and his Mate. Three Mountain Pack has been run by the same family for five generations now, but I wonder how much longer this family will be in charge. Every Warrior Uncle Luke brought with him is standing around our SUV in a wide circle and within it is my protection detail. It is an impressive sight to see and I see a lot of females trying to get their attention, but most of Uncle Luke’s team are mated. My protection detail only has females, except for Matt, Victor and Max, but I know none of these females want a chosen Mate. I chose them because I wanted to give them a chance to meet their Mate and if they do I already have others waiting to take their place. Chloe had helped me with this, because I didn’t want rumors to spread if I took males with me and Chloe was the one that suggested unmated females with a list of back-up if anyone found their Mate. I just hope none of them will find their Mate here and the same goes for Max.Once we are all out of the SUVs Jayce guides me towards Alpha Frank, I read his file after we decided this would be our first stop and I was not really impressed with his file. I am even less impressed now that I am faced with him and by the look on Justin’s face he is not impressed either. I walk in front of my Mates, but he doesn’t acknowledge my presence at all, “Alpha Frank, I am Princess Hunter.” I say loud enough for everyone to hear me and to give him the chance to rectify his ignorance. He looks at me for a second before he turns back to Jayce. “Prince Jayce, what a pleasant surprise to see you here. If we had known we would have prepared a few things for you and we would have made sure your room was in order.” He says as he bows his head. Jayce growls and I see confused looks on all their faces. A male on the front porch is shaking his head and I can tell from the familiarity between the men that they are related, my best guess is that the male is the former Alpha, Quinten. He apparently is aware of the correct protocol as he starts talking while walking down the steps. “Forgive my Son for his ignorance, I don’t think he read the message send by the Elders or he would have shown you the respect you deserve, Princess Hunter. Your Highnesses, our staff is already taking care of preparing some rooms for you on the Alpha floor. They are also preparing rooms for your Warriors, but I am afraid they might have to share a room. As for lunch that will be ready in an hour, if there is anything you want or need just let me know and I will take care of it.” He says as he bows his head to all of us, one at the time. “Former Alpha Quinten, thank you. I think we all could use something to eat and as for the rooms I doubt it will be a problem if some of them have to share a room. If you don’t mind I would like to walk around a bit as I read that you have an amazing forest surrounding your Pack territory.” I say as I smile at him. Alpha Frank responds before his Father can, “I don’t think it is smart for a little girl to walk around this Pack by herself…” I interrupt him from speaking, “Alpha Frank, I might be a girl and only seventeen at that. But I can assure you that I am capable of kicking your Warriors assess. Besides I had no intention of walking around by myself, I actually want you to accompany me and answer any question I have. We have less than an hour so lets get going.” I say as I gesture for him to lead the way. Through the mind-link I ask my Mates to entertain the Beta and Gamma. I ask Emma and Ella to get our stuff out of the SUVs and to compare our books on this Law. I ask Matt, Victor and Max to help them out and to keep an eye on them. Everyone acknowledges my request and I turn to follow Alpha Frank. He seems a bit reluctant to show me around, but a stern look from his Father makes him bite his tongue and I get this feeling that the former Alpha is more in control of this Pack than his Son is. It almost looks as if Alpha Frank holds no power at all, I don’t feel the Alpha aura surround him as it surrounds Dad or Uncle Drake. I ask him questions I know are common knowledge and he answers them without hesitation. He seems relieved I don’t ask any difficult questions or questions that could cause him trouble if he answered them incorrectly. While we walk I make sure we get guided towards Aunt Sasha’s cottage and I am stunned at what I see. Every cottage we passed along the way had a well taken garden out front and the cottage itself was well maintained. However the cottage of Aunt Sasha looked as if it could crumble at any moment. “I hope this one is unoccupied.” I say to Alpha Frank, but I had already asked Aunt Sasha to listen to his answer and Uncle Todd would step out if he lied to me. “There is no one living here, until we have fixed every problem this cottage has.” Is his answer and then Uncle Todd walks out, while Aunt Sasha stands in the doorway with Peter. “Alpha, to what do we owe this visit?” Uncle Todd asks and I see sheer panic on Alpha Frank’s face. “Are you living in this cottage, Sir?” I ask him and he answer affirmative. “I am Princess Hunter, would you mind if I looked inside for a minute?” I ask. Alpha Frank tries to object, but I just ignore him as Uncle Todd gestures towards the cottage behind him. “Ladies, one of you can accompany me inside, the rest of you wait out here with Alpha Frank.” I say as I walk towards Aunt Sasha.
