Hunter’s P.O.V. After Jayce explains why he wants me to link Papa I decide to test it a little further and I feel a link open with my family and I yell “Boo” as loud as I can, scaring the shit out of all of them. When Uncle Drake is finished with telling us what he discovered I decided to test this new knowledge and I link the two Warriors he send to Cedrick’s Mate. They are stunned to hear from me and I hear them chuckle after I explain to them why I linked them. “Hunter, who are you linking?” Mom asks and I tell her that I linked Uncle Drake’s Warriors. Jayce and Jax chuckle while Mom just stares at me. I ask Uncle Drake if there is anything else he can think of Mom and I might be unaware of. Before he can answer me Max walks in and tells us that dinner is ready. “You didn’t drop anything?” Papa asks him and I start giggling, because I left Max out on purpose. I didn’t want to risk him throwing knifes around the kitchen or anything hot or steaming he might be holding. “I scared the shit out of them by yelling Boo through the mind-link.” I tell Max and he looks at Papa with a straight face as he asks, “Did she actually scare you with that?” Mom looks from Papa to Max and back again until she looks at me and starts to laugh. “Sorry, Papa. I left him out of that link, because I didn’t want to cause accidents.” I say and he looks at me dumbfounded while the others start to laugh. I hide behind Jax as I start giggling and I hear Papa playfully growl at me. Dinner passes quickly as we enjoy the food Max and Martha prepared and we talk about Papa and Pops joining me on my travels, they hope they get a chance to get to know me. But I think the main reason is that they hope they will find their second chance Mate. Papa also wants Pops to meet his other Sister as she is the only one of the family none of us has met yet and he hopes that I will be able to help her at least leave the Pack she is living in with her Mate and Pups. After dinner I start up my tablet as we are sitting in the living-room and I see that I have an email from Elder Edward, it is titled Information Underaged Mates. The email has three attachments and I open the first one to read through it. It is a file on a trial that took place a hundred and eighty years ago against a male that told a sixteen year old girl she was his Mate and on her seventeenth they had marked and mated. Her parents had been against their relationship and they had asked the Council to break their bond. Luckily for the male his Sister was a Lawyer and she had proven in front of the Council that they had done nothing wrong. The girl had told the Council she felt safe with the male and that she felt a bond with him, even if it wasn’t the Mate-bond yet. The Council didn’t break their bond and told them to stay at the Palace so they could see whether or not there was a Mate-bond between them. On the first Harvest Moon after her eighteenth birthday she was with her Mate, the King and three Elders, one of the Elders had the ability to sense a Mate-bond between two people and he confirmed that they were Mates. By the time I have read the entire file it is almost midnight and Jayce tells me to shut off my tablet, so we can go to bed. Jax lifts me up bridal-style and I wish everyone a goodnight before we go up the stairs to our floor. Justice chuckles as she points out I called it our floor and I am surprised I actually consider it our floor already. I grab my toothbrush and as I brush my teeth I walk around the room, just taking in what they did to it and I wonder what they did to the rest of the floor. Jayce is sitting on the side of the bed and Jax is pacing up and down the room as I walk out of the bedroom. They both look a little uncomfortable and I remember what happened last night, making me giggle. “Do you think it is funny, Princess?” Jax asks and I shake my head. “No, I don’t think it is funny. I think it is just my nerves reacting, I understand last night was awkward for all of us and I don’t know if it will happen again or not. If it does, I think it is something we have to get used to.” I say. I don’t tell them about what I read in the first file, because if it is true I want to tell them when all my Mates are with me and not while two of them are away on an assignment. Jayce and Jax stare at each other and I wonder what is going through their minds. “Princess, I already made sure there is no bucket anywhere on this floor. So if it happens again you will have to find another way to wake us.” Jax chuckles and I apologize for dumping the water on them. We crawl into bed and I get engulfed by two Mates that cage me between them. I love how their scents mix around me and within seconds I am asleep again. I dream of my Mates and our future Pups as they chase one another through the Palace gardens and I wake up with a huge smile on my face. As I open my eyes I stare into Jax’s eyes, my back is pressed against Jayce’s chest and I feel something poking against my back. My eyes widen as I realize what it is I feel and I hear Jax chuckle, making my face turn a few different shades of red. “Get used to that, Princess. That will never go away when it comes to you.” Jax says through the mind-link and I try to hide my face under the sheets, but as I move I feel Jayce’s cock twitch against my ass. We did nothing wrong and to tell you the truth, I actually liked it.” His eyes go wide as Jax gasps next to me at my admission, I don’t think either one of them had expected me to say that and I think if anyone would have told me this a few days ago I would have flipped them off. I turn my head towards Jax and I see him staring at Jayce, I can see the confusion in their eyes. I decide it is better to get us out of this room before things do get to far out of hand and we do something we can’t undo. “I think it is best if we talk about this and set some boundaries. I know none of us wants to do something we are not supposed to do, but I also know that just sleeping in the same bed will only work for so long and I don’t want anyone to get frustrated with the situation.” I say. I crawl out of bed and walk into the bathroom to start my morning ritual, I brush my teeth as I try to decide on what to wear today. Jayce walks into the bathroom and with out any shame he strips down before he gets in the shower. I decide to ignore him and continue with brushing my teeth until I realize that I need to rinse my mouth. I need to turn on the faucet for that and I know Jayce will get a cold shower because of it, making Justice giggle in my head. I grab the glass from the counter and watch Jayce through the mirror as I turn on the faucet. His head snaps in my direction and I have my eyes down at the sink before he catches me watching him. I hear Jax chuckle as he watches me and I know he saw that I did it on purpose, but he doesn’t tell Jayce. He just tells Jayce it is not smart taking a shower while someone is brushing their teeth and he starts laughing as Jayce growls at his Brother.
