Rejected Their Shattered Luna
Rosalie’s POV: I woke up in my bed instead of on the mountainside. I yawned and stretched, moving my arms around and feeling the comfortable mattress beneath me. "Good morning," I said to myself, picking up my phone and staring at the blank screen. "He hasn't responded to me." My smile faded away. 'Maybe you shouldn't have been so harsh with his mate,' Rose said, ruining my mood by mentioning that person. 'I will do whatever I want to do to her. If you're so bothered, why don't you go be her wolf? Oops! You can't because we're stuck together.' I couldn't believe I was getting angry so easily. It was as if there was a switch in my body, and every time something happened, I would get angry. Getting out of bed and stepping under the shower, I let my muscles calm down before wrapping a towel around my body and facing myself in the mirror. "Atticus!" I said his name and kept staring at my face, "It's so unfair what you're doing to me." This time, I was talking to the Moon Goddess. "How could you not give me the two alphas I wanted?" I complained, and tears began to form in my eyes. "If it was too much to ask for, why not give me one? Why not Atticus? I want him," I almost let out tears before I heard my maid entering my room with the brand new clothes and accessories. "The brand wants you to wear this today," the maid's voice came from the other side of the door, and I only nodded as if she could see me. "I am so unlucky," I said to the Moon Goddess. "It's unfair how you didn't give me anything and gave the two alphas to that rogue. How can you make her life so easy? So many men want her," I complained as I realized that the Moon Goddess was really unfair to me. "Do you not love me enough? I'm the perfect she-wolf, shouldn't you have given me two mates?" I complained because my brain failed to process how the Moon Goddess decided that Cynthia should get two mates. "What did she do that I didn't for you to pick her over me?" I grunted in frustration. I felt like the unluckiest person ever, and that rogue got everything. That's what made me hate her the most. After getting ready for school, I found out Enzo was waiting for me in the car. My maid told me he had dropped me off at home, so after calculating, I understood that he didn't even waste 10 minutes after I passed out and had already left me at home. There were parts of the conversation I remembered from last night, one being that he was beginning to question my feelings and loyalty to him. The fact that I could have ditched him for Atticus but didn't was proof enough that I cared about him, but he was obviously too stubborn to see that. He was only focusing on what my feelings were for Atticus. "Did you sleep well last night?" Enzo asked me, fixing his hair in the mirror. "I don't even remember last night," I sighed, watching him start the engine."Did he contact you?" I asked, looking out of the window because every time he judged me with his eyes whenever I showed concern for Atticus, it hurt me. It is hurtful when your own boyfriend looks at you this weirdly. "I spoke to him. Kindly just stay away from Cynthia," he said, and as he said that, I knew those were Atticus' words. "Is he being for real? Is he going to threaten me because of that loose girl?" After becoming enraged, I blurted out angrily. "Can you not use those terms?" Enzo suddenly changed his tone but realized too soon when he cleared his throat and said, "I am sorry. It's just not easy hearing such things about my mate." I was stunned. Now he was calling her his mate. I couldn't even say a word, but when I reached school, I found a rather pleasant surprise. Perfect Cynthia was in the car with a much older, handsome man. The same man they had seen her with many times before. "Oh!" I smiled, pointing at the car ahead. Enzo shifted in his seat while watching the scene. "Oh God! Why can't she stop?" Enzo expressed extreme frustration, sighing at the sight. "My friend saw her with him in the street the other night. Can you believe she turned 18 only a few weeks ago and has already started doing what she had been planning for some time?" I chuckled at Enzo for defending her. His eyes were welling up with anger, and his hands were tightening on the steering wheel. "Who saw her with him in the street?" I knew he would ask. "Rila did. She was out partying when she saw the two in the street, making out aggressively and... engaging in activities," I loved the way he was twitching in anger. "Does Atticus know?" Enzo asked, worried for his friend once again. "He will when I tell him," I said, determined. "Don't! He is already suffering," Enzo had the audacity to ask me to keep this nasty secret about Cynthia. "Huh! I'm sure he will be upset if we don't tell him." I was not going to miss this opportunity. Cynthia wasn't some innocent girl who deserved to be saved, loved, or protected by her mates. She was cunning, and I wouldn't rest until I proved her secret relationship with the man in the car with her. "Oh look! Speaking of the handsome alpha," I almost smiled like a crazy person when I saw Atticus staring at Cynthia and the man with his fists clenched. "Shit," Enzo disagreed. He didn't want Atticus to suffer, but I was glad he saw them together himself because if I told him anything, he wouldn't believe it. Atticus returned to school after glaring at Cynthia from afar. I wished he had loved me that much. I would have never cheated on him because I know how to value someone's love and not run around looking for others.
