You Were Warned

Chapter 76 Merna

*Ashur* I was in my domain when Kudiya barged into my room without announcing his presence. “I can’t believe you! We are supposed to get rid of the harlot and here you are pinning her to the mattress!” “Oh get over yourself!” I started as I sped my way to my brother, “Father is not getting rid of her!” “It is a piece of filth!” He yelled at me. “It is true that Merna is in the shell of a human born, but she is not a hybrid.” I informed Kudiya. “If it looks like a human born, talks like a human born, walks like a human born, it is a human born!” He snapped at me. “Listen to me Kudiya … She behaves like a sorceress, has all of the powers of one … but the human born thing is just a cover up! I have interrogated her without Merna realizing what is going on. The girl has no idea what she actually is.” I could not cover the smile on my face. “SHE is not a human born!” This only made Kudiya bend more out of shape, “so what species is she then oh wise one?” “I have gone over all of our literature … nothing gives way to what she is … I have tasted the blood of many mages, wizards and witches … Merna’s blood is more powerful than that. There is no way she is a human born or sorceress.” Our eyes were locked. Stubbornly Kudiya crossed his arms, “does father know?” I opened the door and pushed Kudiya out, “when he gets here I will be telling him my findings. Once he hears what I have to say … he will announce Merna publicly and mark her as his. If he does not I will!” Kudiya's eyes almost looked like they would pop out of the sockets. “Merna is a once in a lifetime thing, and I will not allow this chance of power to slip away from our grips. I do not care if you like it or not, but she is the chance we need to stay in power. Our bloodline and all others will never stand a chance … they will never challenge our status ever again!” Kudiya’s jaw dropped and closed several times as he thought about what to say, “that would take away free will!” I started to laugh, “Merna is getting comfortable here!” I knew one other thing that he did not. “She may not eat yet, but she will … it is a matter of appealing to her needs!” I was the answer to her demons. ‘A few more times and she will not want to leave!’ I privately thought to myself. “What can you do that we have not?” Again he was back to being a pain. “Merna’s sexual needs are high!” That was all I said as I shut the door on his face.Thinking about Merna my dick started to twitch again. She had all the right curves in all the right places. Yes, she had imperfections that were easy enough to overlook when I could get her body to mould in any way I desired. I was the punisher and enjoyed my job. I knew what pressure points to push to get the result I desired. Never in my youth, early years and adulthood have I ever had a male or female beg me to suck the life essence out of them. By the time I finished our session, Merna had reached her climax ten times. Leaving her unable to move or keep her eyes open. Giving her a glass of water, I closed the door behind me and started to head to the office. I was used to this, I had the stamina to continue going. Something told me that this was the first time Merna had been fully fulfilled. Smirking to myself, I decided to get some of Merna’s work completed … I had a feeling she would be sleeping for a while. *Pierre* I scouted the land before I found a place I would call home base. This will be where I will position my supplies and wander the land with just my daggers. For hours there was nothing but the wood animals, nothing that would alert me to any kind of danger. As I sat in the crouched position I was slowly dozing off when the hairs on the back of my neck started to stand up. At first, I could only hear the footsteps of the woodland creators. Yet the feeling of being watched was apparent. Not to disclose my location I shifted in my position ever so slightly. That is when I could see what had me standing at attention. It was a female. She was strolling towards the Master’s terrain. Striping out of her clothing she got into the standard serf’s outfit that the Master had given the females to wear. I slipped out of my hidden location, not noticing my movement and I was able to creep up behind. With my blade in my hand, I held it to her throat. As I was pressing the blade into her flesh she let out a blood-curdling scream. For a few seconds, the female held onto her throat trying to stop the blood from oozing down her chest. Our eyes were locked as she slumped to the ground, a gurgling sound erupted from her mouth as she took her last breath. “Trust me lady, what I gave you was mercy compared to what they would have done if you had been taken to the cell.” I do not know if I was saying this to make myself feel better. It was the truth but it still did not make this scene any better. I spent hours finding a location to hide the body, covering up my tracks then getting back to home base. Taking the time to get nourishment, I decided it would be best if I gathered my belongings and found a new home base.Merna The Master has been back for a while, I believe I knew of his presence before anyone else. From the shadows, I could feel his eyes watching every move that I was making. Deciding to allow this little game of cat and mouse to play itself out, I did everything that I had normally been doing all this time he was gone, minus the hunting part. There have been twenty- four assassins that have entered this domain. I made it my business to remember the faces of the two thousand two hundred and twelve hunters that work for the Master in this terrain. I made it my business to know where the hunters were located. When I realized that there was a section of the domain that had no patrol, I brought it up to the leaders of each group that worked in those locations. Of course, I was not surprised to be dismissed quickly, the five-star generals thought they knew what was going on. I was a weak frail female that could not think past her nose. I did my job, I warned them and told them what I believed was going on. If they did not want to listen to me, I would just wait until Chaos arrived back here and inform him what was going on. I made it my job to know the rough locations of the two hundred and fifteen mages, one hundred and nineteen serfs, one thousand three hundred pleasures. I also made sure I knew the energy signature of the Master’s bloodline, which consists of one thousand seven hundred and seventeen heads. It did not take long for my suspicions to be confirmed quickly. Slipping out of the compound was more of an issue than killing those who trespassed. Knowing the hunter's location was a bonus, but that did not mean that there was not anyone else going from one task to the next and wouldn’t come across me. If Ashur or Kudiya found out that I was out, I could be facing sizable punishment. I was crouched in the thicket. I had spotted movement. His back was to me. I watched the movement while I played out what I was going to do next. This trespasser was behaving differently from the others, he was acting as if he was waiting for someone to come. ‘Meeting place!’ Getting out of my hiding place, I was relying on a sneak attack. If the intent was to kill, things would have been easier. Capturing the trespasser was something that I was not used to. There was a fight as I struggled to get the upper hand on the opponent. Pierre had taught me hand-to-hand combat, but I didn’t have the physical strength to defeat this hunter. I had to rely on my other skills to save my ass from certain death if I did not move fast. The hunter was standing under a large tree branch as he stood there huffing and puffing, “human born scum, I am going to kill you!”I was getting used to the insults, “I figured that much!” I glanced at the large branch and brought it down on his head. If the tree had been alive, it would have taken longer to get the branch to break off from the tree. I brushed off the dirt from my clothing as I observed the hunter. “Oh, Chaos is not going to like this one bit at all!” Inspecting the male, I realized this was one of his bloodlines. “You have that right little hybrid!” Ashur’s voice came from behind me. I jumped and turned around to see Ashur materializing in front of me. “I know that this doesn’t look good, but do you mind helping move the body into the bush?” “You have one second to explain!” Ashur said as he strolled over to the unconscious hunter. “I will explain …” We both glared at the location of a male voice. “TIZQAR!” “That would be my reasoning, I gestured in the direction our faces were looking. ‘Who is that?” Ashur whispered harshly to me. I pointed at the hunter, “the visitor is here to meet up with him.” I pointed to Tizqar. Footsteps were heading our way, a different voice was yelling Tizqar’s name again. “I will explain everything but right now …” I gave Ashur a pleading look. Ashur pointed an angry finger at me, “you shut up! do not move and I will handle this myself!” He ordered me. Before Ashur could turn his head two trespassers made their presence known. Ashur drew his blade as the two males charged at us. Ashur danced around with one opponent while the other thought I was easy prey. My opponent took the time to taunt me with his words. My stance is unchanged! As the cave male charged me, I drew out my blade and sliced his throat without thinking twice. The male clenched his neck as he dropped to the ground. Ahsur struggled to get his opponent into a chokehold. The male wiggled around trying to get free. I ran over and stabbed the male in the heart. “What?” Ashur was not impressed with my actions. “I needed him for interrogation!” He yelled at me.“I suck at hand-to-hand combat … but I am great at stabbing and cutting!” I pointed towards Tizqar, “You have him!” I shrugged my shoulders, “Problem solved!” I was behaving like this was a regular day out in the woods. Ashur picked up his blade off the ground and pointed at the male I first killed with his jaw ajar. I saw all of the many questions that were floating in Ashur’s head. “I have to apologize, I knew that trespassers were getting by but …” I started with my defence. “I did warn the high-ranking generals and they brushed me off. So … yeah you are caught up to the present!” “MERNA!” Ashur cleared his throat, “this …. Now this explains the sudden increase in bathing, but …” Ashur struggled to form more words. Wiping the sweat off of his face. I shrugged my shoulders again and tried my best to look innocent, which was a total failure. “It is as if you have never seen a female hunter before.” “How many?” His tone was low and harsh. Quick to reply, “How many? Apples … oranges …” “BODIES?” Ashur's eyes were glowing yellow. “OH!” I held on to the shape of the o for a few seconds. “All together … Twenty- five and one assist that I have killed since Chaos has left and returned. Plus there is the matter with Tizqar!” Eyes were narrowed onto me, “You knew?” I attempted again to act innocent, “I warned you … no one listened to me!” I chimed. “How did you figure this out?” Ashur took one dangerous step towards me. Acknowledging I was in danger of a tongue lashing, “Less talking, more moving! Tizqar will only stay out for so long, we need to get him to a holding cell. And then I have to go to Chaos. He is not going to like this one bit at all!” I rushed towards the slumbering body. “How long were you going to keep on doing this?” Ashur was hot on my trail. “Do you have any idea of how important you are?” “I was going to keep on doing this until someone figured out what I was doing! Congratulations, you are the first to figure it out!” I was the first to get to the body. “I am not that important! I am only a weak helpless female that knows nothing!” I repeated what had been told to me several times in the past since I had gotten here. I opened a portal close to the body. “I was going to bring this to Chaos’s attention after the auction. As of now, he is busy dealing with other issues. So I figured I would take care of this by myself.” I glanced at a very much pissed-off Ashur. Humm, Ashur made a nose in his throat. “Stop that! You act as if males are the only ones that are capable of killing. Everyone is capable of doing this. Some are just better at it than others. You enjoy killing and torturing. I have to have a reason to kill!” I defended myself again. Ashur’s head was bobbing, “Father may kill you for this!” “Because I did a better job at it than anyone that you have recruited! Oh please! I told you of my suspicions a long time ago. It was I who noticed that the numbers and how many heads I counted just did not add up. There were more heads then there should have been. You remember what you told me when I gave you this information … I will remind you … you told me that it was none of my business and I should keep my nose out of affairs that are not mine to begin with. And you know who ended up being right? That is right, this female right here. I was the one that was right. So if your father is going to kill me for being right, so be it. I only have one thing that I need to apologise for!” Ashur had Tizqar dangling from his shoulder as we strolled over to the portal. “And what are you apologising for? I have to know this!” Ashur was not impressed. We both strolled into the portal. “I was wrong about the spies. I thought they were coming here, but I did not realize how many there were already here. I spent a great deal of time wandering the halls and not once did I suspect Tizqar to be part of the list of enemies that your father has built. I was wrong … it is not often that I am wrong.” I paused to think about everything that I had realized. “There are a lot more individuals that can block me out … just like you.” I was a bit disappointed in myself. Ashur must have noticed I was taking this defeat personally, “if it makes things any better, we didn’t notice anything was suspicious which meant my father didn’t know either. So it is on all of us!”
