Alpha Nicholas Rowan's head is covered in a layer of sweat and his breathing is erratic and yet, all I've done so far is punch him just once. Your time as a future Beta is ending, as are you." Elder Rick's voice is firm and leaves no room for argument, not that most of the wolves in this room would even want to dispute them. "You can't be serious!" Rowan growls. The guy has no fucking common sense. You don't argue against an Elder's decision ever. But then again, I guess given his attitude in general and the fact that he already knows that he's going to die, he has no reason not to argue it. I'll be honest, as much as I want to end him, after the disrespect that he just showed Elder Rick, I assumed that he would be the one to end him, so the fact that he is still giving me that honour doesn't go unnoticed.
