Upon seeing this scene unfolding, Peter and the group of gangsters behind the white-haired guy as well as the cab driver all looked stunned. They looked blankly at the white-haired guy with a dumbfounded expression on their faces. “Christopher, Mr. Yard, I’m sorry for not recognizing you earlier. I’m an idiot! I must be blind! I’m sorry! I shouldn’t have offended you. Please be generous and don’t find fault with me!” While speaking in a hoarse tone, he slapped his face as he tried to squeeze some tears from his eyes. Without even asking what has been going on, she immediately wants to detain me. She’s here because I reported this incident, yet she wants to arrest me? Upon hearing that, Serene frowned.
