Interstellar Businesswoman Tycoon
As he arrived at his car, Mike put the screaming woman in his arms into the passenger seat. He closed the door and then walked around the car, entering the driver's seat. “What the hell are you doing? Why aren't you teaching that bitch a lesson? Ahh, my hand! I'm going to kill her!” Allegra continues to scream. “Shut up!” Mike's veins popped up from his temple as he turned to give Allegra a cold glare. “You…” Allegra was taken aback by Mike's outburst. “You two bullies must have conspired together against me. Ahh!” Seeing Allegra making a scene in the car, Mike felt an ache pass through his head. He could only say some words to calm her down. “Save your strength. I will be taking you to the hospital to treat your injury.” He starts the car and switches it to the AI driving mode. “No.” Allegra shook her head vehemently. “I'm not going anywhere. I want to see that bitch dead. Not only that, I want her to pay thousands of times for what she did to my hand!” “Enough!” Mike was tired of listening to her shrill voice. Also, he was feeling frustrated at the fact that he had stood up an important meeting just to get over here as soon as possible. When he received Allegra's message back at the office, his mind was thrown into chaos, and he could barely think straight. Thankfully, the situation he met was not as bad as he expected, and Allegra had only sustained a little injury. If Allegra dared to know what Mike was thinking about, she would have cried out in injustice. How could a twisted hand and several broken bones in her body be called a little injury? “Tell me, why did you head over to the Austens's villa? And how did you know the password to the house?” Mike asked. Allegra went silent at this question, but her expression still grimaced from the pain coursing through her body. “I have my ways.” She answered. “Also, what Austen's Villa? Those two bastards had better not let me see them once I get back from the hospital. I want them out of that house. Most especially that little bitch. I'm going to claw those eyes of hers out.” Her expression became unsightly, making her beautiful appearance seem a bit hideous. “Are you crazy? You actually went there all because of a house?” Mike was shocked to find the true reason for her visit. “Why wouldn't I? The villa is meant to be ours in the first place. Those two bastards are just freeloaders. Why do you have to keep them there? If you had just done as I said, then—” “Shut up!” Mike's temple throbbed harder. “I don't want to hear any more words coming out of your mouth. Do you know how important the meeting I had stood up just to come over here was? Yet, the only reason you could give was because of a villa.” He was so furious at Allegra's answer. But soon, he cooled down and said coldly, “Once you are done with the treatment, I will book you a flight ticket to a neighboring planet. Spend some time there until I finally settle things.” “What?” Allegra turned to Mike with a look of disbelief. “Are you throwing me off? Ha-ha-ha.” She laughed aggressively. “You must be joking with me, right?” Mike looked to the side, evading her questioning look. “You…” A painful sensation came over her chest when she saw Mike's action. “You're crazy! Do you think I'm a waste you can discard however you want? Aren't you afraid that I will spill out your secret?” Seeing Mike still ignoring her, her eyes turned dark. She then thought of something and sneered. “I can see that the girl seems to trust you very much. What if she knew—” “It's just for a few days, Allegra.” Mike quickly cut in, turning to look at her. “Why do you have to go this far? I'm not sending you away like some trash. I'm just trying to clear off suspicions.” “Just stay at the neighboring planet for a few days. You can even treat it as a vacation spot. Once everything is settled over here, I'll bring you back. I promise. We have no secrets between us, so how could I just throw you off?” Allegra looked into Mike's eyes, trying to see a bit of truth in them. When she saw that his eyes were clear, without any hint of shadiness, she pulled her gaze away. “Fine.” The pact between them isn't something that could be broken away by just cutting off their relationship. “However, I have one request. I want that devil gone. I want her to suffer a hundred times the amount of pain I suffered today.” “Alright, I will do as you say.” Mike reached out to smooth her hair. Only if the woman wasn't wearing a hideous look, with several bloodstains on her dress, such an action would have been a beautiful scenario. “Also, once everything is over, I want us to get married as quickly as possible. Marissa and Claire keep talking about their married life every time we have a reunion dinner. I think they are just trying to make me jealous.” Marisa and Claire were both Allegra's 'on the surface' best friends. “Ah.” She scoffed. “I can't wait to see how shocked they would be once they found out that my husband is the president of creamery creamer.” She hadn't publicized her relationship with Mike to them, as the latter had told her to keep their relationship a secret. But how can such a thing be a secret forever? It won't be long before the whole world knows about their affairs. “Yes, yes.” Mike nodded, pulling his hand away from her head while concealing the faint disgust across his eyes. He forced out a smile, which was able to fool the low-witted Allegra. At least he had managed to contain the entire situation. However, once the appropriate time comes, he would find a way to dispose her. Such a ticking time bomb shouldn't be kept at one's side. A cold glint flashed across Mike's eyes. ___ When Asher came back from school, Sylvia accompanied the little guy to watch a cartoon show in the living room. Hours later, the sky started to turn dark, and she could only head to the kitchen to prepare their dinner. After the meal, she tucked the little guy into his bed and then went back to her room. However, it seems like this night was destined to be a lively night, as the lightbrain across her wrist was constantly flashing with receiving messages. Climbing into the bed, Sylvia tapped the screen of the communication device and saw that the Tyron guild group chat was quite lively tonight. “Why is everyone so active?” She clicked on the chat and began to read the latest message. [Walker: How could you betray your brothers, boss? We are going to protest! We will protest.] [Jose: Where's the money envelope? I'm still waiting for it. Could it be that there's no money envelope tonight?] [Atlas: Boss, you know that I'm a big eater. So prepare more meals for me to eat on that day.] [Walker: Protest!!][Vice president: @Walker, get the f*ck out of here. If you people don't have any good things to say, scram away. Furthermore, I can see your private DM to Tyron, @Jose. Aren't you ashamed of asking your boss for a money envelope?] [Jose: What shame? Oh, it seems like it was thrown off to the wilds long ago. Where's the money envelope? I'm waiting.] [Kai: Wait a minute. Is there anyone suspecting how the vice president got to see the boss's private message? Don't tell me that they are currently together.] [Tyron: @Kai, looks like your brain is finally working for once.] [Walker: What! No way! We want a protest!] [Vice president: Shut up, you noisy brats! My pretty little Sylvia is online. Hello, Sylvia.] Sylvia was confused as to what was going on. Not wanting to be the odd one out, she could only scroll upward to see the older messages. When she finally saw the big news, her eyes widened in surprise. What! Miley and Tyron had announced their marriage date.
