My Best Friend’s Brother Was Never Supposed to Taste Me
Arabella Rivera "What are you thinking about? You've been so quiet." Gwen asked. I looked out the window and peered at the road. "Oh nothing, just wondering how much damage I'll cause if I just jump out of your car." I shrugged nonchalantly. "That way I'll have an excuse to not attend the party." "One. Don't you dare and two, it's already too late we're pulling up to Samantha's." Her tone was filled with amusement as she slows down before a huge gate. "This bitch is so loaded I'm fucking jealous." Gwen groans as she presses a button on the wall. "It's me bitch, open up." It buzzes and Samantha's voice bubbles through. "Party!!!" She squeals. The huge iron gate groans as it pushes open automatically. Gwen drives in slowly, looking around in amazement. I couldn't blame her, The entire estate looked spectacularly rich and beautiful. "Hey, I don't think I packed clothes for the party or for the sleepover." I drawled out. Gwen snorts in mirth. "Why do you think I brought that huge ass duffel bag at the back? I brought some of my dresses for you. I think they'll fit you nicely." A teasing smirk played on her lips as she stops the car. I huffed. There goes my plan G. I was seriously running out of ideas. The huge doors part open and Samantha's chirpy smile greeted us. "Welcome to mi casa ladies!!" She yelled, happily opening the door wider. I turn to Gwen and raise a brow in question. "Did you already give her one of the bags of weed? She seems a little......extra chirpy....no?" Gwen laughed. "One way to find out babe. Come on let's make some brownies!" ______________ Shit. Shit. Shit. This wasn't how I had imagined my Friday night would be. Snuggled in my room, eating chocolate while watching Supernatural was more fitting than......this. "No Gwen! You're supposed to blend it first!" Meredith scowled across the counter."No you're not! We just need to melt the butter and add it to it!" Gwen argued with a nasty glare of irritation on her pretty face. "Blend." Meredith scowled. "Melt." Gwen snapped. See, this is how my Friday night was going. I could only imagine it getting worse from here. "Okay! Enough!" Samantha yelled in annoyance. "You two have been at it for at least five minutes. We're wasting time arguing when we could have been done with it hours ago." I tapped my nails on the kitchen countertop, not at all interested in their bickering about weed cake. But seeing that I would much rather be in a room than here, preferably mine, led me to ease the situation so I can leave sooner. "Just go on youtube. It has everything nowadays." I shrugged, bored out of my mind. Gwen and Meredith's heads snap to the sound of my vague voice. Gwen's eyes lit up while Meredith's chocolate ones darken with utmost irritation and hatred. "That's a good idea Arabella! I knew bringing you here was a good choice." Gwen grinned while grasping her phone that had been placed on the surface of the counter. Meredith rolls her eyes. " Or the worst." My jaw ticked but I refrain from answering her. five minutes later...... "See I told you we needed to melt the butter first then add the weed!" Gwen yelled in triumph while fixing her phone back on the counter. Meredeth shoots Gwen's phone with a sour glare. "Well, this wasn't how my cousin and I did it a few months back." She growled, defending her idea. Gwen shrugged. "Maybe that's why you had that nasty diarrhea for a week." Meredith winces, shame written on her face. "You said you wouldn't tell anyone!" She hisses lowly. "I'm just saying that maybe it wasn't the anal you said that caused it. Maybe it was the weed brownies." _______________ This was pure torture."Ow." "Stay still I'm almost done." Gwen hissed as she plucks some of my brows. "With what? Leaving me brow-less?" I snapped, clenching my eyes tightly at the burning that was left. "Well if you don't stop shifting around then yes, you'll be brow-less." She gritted out, her fingernails digging into my jawbone to have me stay still. I winced, grunting in pain as she pulls out another of my tiny hairs. "I don't see what was wrong with my brows in the first place." I mumble in displeasure. "It looked like you were related to bigfoot Arabella. When was the last time you plucked your brows?" "A month ago. And can you be a little gentler at least?" I groaned. "The party has already started downstairs. I'm missing out because you, my dear friend didn't come prepared." She grunts. "Done." She pulls away from my face. I peeled my eyes open to fix her with a sour glare. "That's because I had no intentions of coming to the party. In fact, if you didn't have that fucking picture I wouldn't be here now. Or making you come near my face with that torture device." Gwen rolls her eyes. "It's a tweezer Arabella. And there are many who are dying to come to the party tonight and you're here whining. Come on smile babe, you need to calm down it's just a party." "What I need is fucking ice for my brows. " I grumble. Gwen sighs. " I'll get you some after I put on some makeup for you." "Yeah, no." I grunt turning my face away from her. Her eyes narrow. "The photo......" She drawls out. "You're pure evil." ___________ " I look like a prostitute," I murmured with distaste as I tugged the ends of the short black leather dress. It was no use, this was how far it could reach, which was a few inches below my ass. "At least you don't have to stand on the side of the road." Gwen shrugged beside me as I stared at myself in the mirror. She pushes up her bra, fixing her breasts to look bigger. I send her a scowl through the reflection of the mirror. She winces. "I'm kidding, kinda......okay fine sorry. But babe if I had those fucking curves and legs you had I wouldn't complain. I mean look at your ass damn." She winks. "Did you seriously have to put lashes? I feel like there's a huge bird weighing on my eyelids." I grumble with displeasure as I glared at my appearance through the mirror. For anyone else, this would be considered a luxury of beauty, in other words, I looked hot. Minus the fact, I looked like I could pass as a prostitute. But for me, I hated anything skin-tight that showed off too much. This dress definitely showed too much. "Ugh stop complaining bitch. You look fucking hot, bangable hot I might add. Maybe you'll get a guy to even swipe that v-card of yours tonight seeing that Christian won't be coming." She smiles slyly. I stiffen. Before I had no problem with Gwen pointing out I was a virgin. Big hint on 'was'. I wasn't anymore and she didn't know that. For all she knew I'm still the sweet innocent best friend that has never seen a cock up close. "Now come on, let's join the fun." She slings her hand over my shoulder and turns me around. "Yeah, I think I'll stay here- "Nuh uh babe, picture remember?" Fuck. _______________ "Woah Arabella, didn't know you could clean up so......" Samantha drawled out with wide eyes mimicking someone shocked. "See even Samantha's speechless." Gwen giggles as she squeezes me to her frame. Even with heels on I still couldn't quite surpass her height. I scan my eyes over the horn teenagers grinding and dancing on each other. I cringe. The smell of alcohol and weed upset my stomach so much that I had to hold my breath longer than necessary. Bad idea, seeing that the house was crowded which resulted in the air now turning hot and stuffy. "She looks......meh." Meredith stated with a simple shrug of her shoulder. Her eyes then snap to the doorway and shock carved itself into her eyes. "When does he ever come to these kinds of things?" We all snap our heads to where her eyes were locked. My stomach drops and so does my heart. Haiden Cross was standing there, eyes scanning the area as if looking for someone. As if sensing my gaze, he snaps his eyes suddenly in my direction. Capturing me instantly in a heated stare without words. "Who the hell invited Satan?" Gwen spat. "Haiden's friends with my cousin Jared. He's been invited to all my parties but never showed up......until now I guess." Samantha utters with a tone full of question. I tear my eyes away from his darkening stare that had been licking up my entire figure. "I need a drink." I move out of Gwen's arms and turned around to make a bee-line for the kitchen.
