Jayce’s P.O.V. “Remind me to never get on Aunt Sasha’s bad side, I hate to find out what she might do.” I mumble as I see another rotten tomato fly through the air and suddenly I hear June scream on the top of her lungs. I use all my speed to get to her and protect her from whatever is threatening her, but I could have saved myself the trouble. Papa has her scooped up in his arms by the time I get there and I ask her what is wrong. It is deadly quiet as she says, “Mommy said it was just a bottle of water, but it is melting her face off.” I stare at June for a moment and as I turn towards Ellen I burst out in laughter, her face is not melting, it is just her make-up. “June, Sweety. I understand that is a scary thing to see, but her face it not melting. The water is washing off the layers of make-up on her face.” Jax states with a straight face and June asks him why she would put that on her face. Before anyone can answer Benjamin says, “To hide her ugly face.” and the entire crowd erupts in laughter, not sure what set them of precisely, but it doesn’t matter in this case. Some of the Pups that are still awake and present have gotten a few things to throw as well. “Would anyone like to know what the last part of their punishment will be?” Hunter asks and the crowd dies down immediately while the Pups keep throwing stuff at the cages. “Ever since these wolves came to your Pack a lot of things have been neglected and as the last part of their punishment they will have to restore and rebuild everything. No one is to help them, only to tell them what to do and each and every one of you can go to Alpha Quinten to put your chores on the list.” She smiles as the crowd starts whispering. Our princess has a mean streak to her and I am glad we have made amends for what we put her through. I know we are still making up for our mistakes and I know we will be making up for it for the rest of our lives, but none of us will have a problem with that. Alpha Quinten tells his Pack that for the next two weeks they can come into his office from ten till eleven in the morning and to give him a list of chores that need to be done, “Todd, your house will be first on the list. Make sure I know exactly what you and Sasha want done to it.” The next day is spend with the family and I can’t wait to have Pups of our own, but Hunter already stated she wants her Law degree first. I know it is a good thing for her to get her Law degree as it will be helpful in her position as Queen. Hunter’s P.O.V. My Mates have spend the entire day with the family, while I used Alpha Quinten’s office to contacted all the couples on my list and asked them to be at the Palace three days from now at eleven in the morning. I called Elder Edward after that and told him I wanted all the Elders present as well. I didn’t tell him what it was about, but he knew I wasn’t going to accept No for an answer. We will spend the night at Three Mountain Pack and after breakfast we will be heading home again, while Uncle Drake and the rest of my family will be staying a little longer. I need to talk to Mom about what happened and about everything I found in our Laws, but most of all I just need her to hug me. Seeing Nanna and Aunt Sasha together has made me realize that no matter what a Mother will always love her Pup. “Your Highness, dinner will be served in ten minutes. Maybe you would like to run up stairs and freshen up a little?” Frank asks after he has opened the door. “Thank you, Frank. I will do that and then I will be down for some food. Will you thank whoever was kind enough to bring my lunch in here?” I ask. I see the guy blush and realize that he had been the one to make sure I ate something at lunch time, while I was calling everyone I needed to call. It doesn’t take me long to freshen up and get down to the dining room. I sit down in between Jayce and Jason as I hear Nanna talking to Peter and Cara, they are talking about the punishment and how they think it was handled. Peter tells her he is glad they didn’t get off easy and Nanna asks him what he means by that. “Nanna, death is an easy way out. Everything stops for the person put to death, while his or her victims still have to deal with the consequences of their actions. Princess Hunter made sure their victims would have a say in their punishment and in the execution of it. I am not old enough or strong enough to put someone to death, but I sure as hell can throw a rotten tomato and that is more embarrassing to them than death could ever be.” He replies and I decide to look at every Law there is, maybe we can apply this to them as well. Once we get back to our suite Jax walks into the bathroom and I hear him turning on the faucet. “Princess, get naked.” He says as he walks out of the bathroom and for a moment I look at him with my eyes wide open, “Unless you want to take a bath fully dressed.” He says.
