Love Times Four: My Stepbrothers Are All My Mates?
Ella’s P.O.V. Ever since Hunter asked us to join her on her travels, Emma and I have made sure to keep up with our classes and I am glad Hunter suggested we finish our first classes on the drive over to Three Mountain Pack. Our books are the re-prints of the book Hunter has and we have found no difference in the book on “Pack Hierarchy and Succession”. However we did find a difference in our books on “Conspiracy” and I know Hunter is going to have fun with this one. Not only here at Three Mountain Pack but also with the Elders, but we need to find out which Elder would have gained something by removing certain information and Emma is currently searching the digital Library to find any information she can. I am looking into the Elders background to see who and why this book was re-printed. Luckily the three Elder principal has never changed over the centuries and when I called Elder Matthew he didn’t have to contact anyone else to give us permission to handle it. For a conspiracy to be proven you don’t need much if you have a Lycan or Werewolf that overheard the conversation and Jayce explaining everything he heard to Elder Matthew and the other two Elders was enough for them to allow Hunter to handle this. Taking into consideration what Frank and Alpha Quinten told her and Jayce’s statement, she has everything she needs to take down Ellen, Mac and Paul. I know that she will enjoy this very much and I make notes on the punishments she can give them. Once Hunter returns from her meeting I tell her the difference between our books, “Your book has a very interesting option when it comes to determining their punishment and I think you will enjoy it very much, but you need to know that that option is missing from our books.” She listens to me as I explain the missing chapter from our book and the grin on her face grows the more I tell her. Emma was able to find out why it was missing, but that the missing information was not as difficult to find as the trial-period. We all head downstairs for lunch after we have discussed everything we got and Hunter told Sasha and Todd to join us as Ellen, Mac and Paul are aware of the fact that they are related. All of us walking down the stairs with four Pups in our midst is very noisy, but I enjoy the chatter around me. Justin’s P.O.V. Hunter doesn’t tell us what Emma and Ella uncovered and I have a feeling she is going to surprise the hell out of all of us. Having seen her in action once before I know that they have found something that is probably forgotten by most of us and will be the perfect solution for this situation.Pops is carrying Benjamin while Papa is carrying June as we head to the dining room for lunch, Jayce is talking with Uncle Todd and Max about Uncle Drake and the first time meeting Hunter. Of course he doesn’t leave out her conversation with Alpha Gary. Suddenly I hear her mutter “Fuck, I forgot about him” making all of us looking at her as we enter the dining room. Jason asks her what she means and as she turns towards him she says, “I forgot I had him thrown into the Palace dungeons and I haven’t dealt with his punishment yet.” Emma and Ella are laughing their asses off as the rest of us stare at her and I realize suddenly why she never dealt with him, she left in the middle of the night. Victor has his phone to his ear and after a minute he turns to Hunter with a grin on his face, “Gunter just told me he is still in the dungeons. No one has been there to see him, except for the Guard that brings him his meals and according to Gunter he isn’t handling his imprisonment well. He looks a bit pale and he hasn’t been the pain he was the first few days.” Hunter takes the phone from Victor and tells Gunter to release the idiot with a warning that if he ever talks to her like that again she will have his head, after which she disconnects the call. Uncle Luke’s men have placed a few tables together to allow us to sit near each other. I follow Hunter to the buffet and just as we get there Ellen steps next to her and holds out a small plate like the one she is holding herself. Hunter looks at the plate as I grab two large plates and hold one in front of Hunter, “At least someone understands I don’t need to walk a marathon for my food.” She mumbles.
